Dr. Gina Tomarchio joined Technology Opportunities and Ventures (TOV) in 2025 as a licensing associate. She brings a strong background in molecular biology and a keen interest in translating scientific discoveries into impactful real-world applications. Before joining TOV, Dr. Tomarchio earned her PhD from Weill Cornell Graduate School of Medical Sciences, where she conducted her thesis research at the Sloan Kettering Institute. In her role as a licensing associate, Dr. Tomarchio leverages her scientific expertise and research experience to evaluate the commercial potential of technologies developed at NYU, identify commercial partners, and negotiate research and license agreements.
