Licensing Associate

Dr. Raven Luo-LeBlanc joined TOV as a licensing associate in 2026. She holds a PhD in the University Program in Genetics and Genomics (UPGG) with a certificate in Cell and Molecular Biology from Duke University. She brings a background in life science research, experience in technology transfer, skills in communication, and a passion for learning. During graduate school, Dr. Luo-LeBlanc worked part-time for the Duke Office for Translation and Commercialization (OTC), evaluating invention disclosures, writing marketing summaries, and identifying commercial partners. She also interned at Merz Aesthetics on their corporate development team, which provided her with a buy-side perspective. At NYU, she manages the commercialization pipeline for a diverse portfolio of cutting-edge technologies. She collaborates with biomedical experts to help bring these innovations to society.
