Olivia Zelony

Licensing Associate

Olivia Zelony joined TOV as a licensing associate in 2023, where she supports the commercialization of life science technologies from NYU faculty. She has a strong foundation in life science research, with a Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from Tulane University. Before joining NYU, she was employed as a licensing associate at Tulane’s Office of Intellectual Property Management, where she drafted and negotiated contracts, facilitated Intellectual Property in a ‘cradle to grave’ approach, and assisted with licensing technology. At NYU, she works alongside the University’s team of leading experts in biomedical innovation to evaluate invention disclosures, identify commercial partners, draft non-confidential summaries, and perform market assessment reports.
